Art has consistently proven to be a powerful tool in a wide variety of topics we all face and work through, including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, aging and health issues, identity, and trauma recovery, to name only a few.
Our one-on-one sessions will be uniquely designed to support your mental health care and personal development goals. I'm a big believer in using art to explore and understand ourselves, so creative expression will be a key part of our work together.
We will also focus on self-care, mindfulness, and stress management during our sessions to support your overall well-being.
