Therapeutic art can utilize any type of creative expression, such as painting, drawing, music, sculpture, creative writing, photography, collage, and more, to explore an individual's emotions and thoughts. Art can often surpass verbal expression, making it a valuable tool for self-discovery. Below are a few examples of therapeutic arts projects to give you a small idea of what may come out of a therapeutic arts coaching session. The possibilities are limitless! Enjoy!
