Welcome to RestArt Wellness, where I believe that art can be a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery. My focus is on the creative process, rather than the final product. I provide a supportive and safe environment for individuals to explore their creativity and emotions, and work toward accomplishing personal development goals.

 

My services are accessible to all ages, regardless of their level of experience or artistic ability. I am committed to helping individuals achieve mental wellness through the use of therapeutic arts. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I work closely with each client to develop a personalized plan that meets their specific needs and goals.

About Me

Hi! I'm Tiffany Wettergreen, and I'm the owner and founder of RestArt Wellness. I hold a Master of Counselling degree with a specialization in individual, couples, and group therapy. While dealing with my own issues surrounding anxiety, depression, PTSD, and postpartum, I have repeatedly experienced the healing nature of the arts in my personal art therapy journey. I'm deeply passionate about using art to help individuals improve their mental health and well-being. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field and am committed to providing high-quality therapeutic arts coaching services.
